You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. User Roles

The App offers two user roles:

• Community Member: Browse events, RSVP, chat, and engage with the community
• Event Organizer: Create and manage events and communities (subject to admin approval)

Organizer accounts require administrative approval. To maintain the safety and integrity of our platform, organizers must submit government-issued identification and a live selfie for identity verification. We reserve the right to approve or reject organizer applications at our sole discretion based on this verification.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Harass, stalk, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Collect personal data of other users without their consent
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the App ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content within the App for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

7. Events and Communities

Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details, including date, time, location, and description. The Foundation is not liable for:

• Cancellation or changes to events posted by organizers
• Injuries, damages, or losses incurred at events
• The conduct of event attendees or organizers

Attending events is at your own risk. We recommend exercising caution and good judgment when attending in-person events.

8. Messaging

The App provides private messaging features. You agree to use messaging responsibly and not to send unsolicited, spam, or abusive messages. We reserve the right to monitor and review messages to enforce these Terms and protect user safety.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Abraham's Ministry Foundation and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our express written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Maps, Firebase). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABRAHAM'S MINISTRY FOUNDATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abraham's Ministry Foundation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lublin, Poland.
